User Data Deletion

If you would like Kumunda to delete your account and associated personal data, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Kumunda account.
  2. Navigate to your Account settings.
  3. Submit an account deletion request through the user dashboard, or contact our support team directly.
  4. We will process your request and securely remove your personal data within compliance timelines, in accordance with applicable laws and our Privacy Policy.

If you cannot log in or access your account

Please submit an explicit deletion request by emailing us:

sales@kumunda.com

Please use the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include your registered account email address.

Please note that certain transactional, order-fulfillment, security, fraud-prevention, financial, tax, auditing, or cryptographic log data may be retained for a limited period where required by law or legitimate business obligations.
